Viewing Properties

I've found the perfect property - what now?

When you find a property that wish to make an offer on simply inform Keywest and we shall forward the offer to the vendor immediately. We will also put your offer to the vendor in writing. We shall inform you of the vendor's decision as soon as we receive it. If your offer is accepted we will ask you to provide the following:

Proof of finances - we will ask you how you intend to pay for the purchase of the property. We can put you in contact with our impartial Mortgage Advisor if you do not have financial arrangements already in place. It is better to have your finances organised prior to making an offer as this can often affect the vendor's willingness to accept your offer. It is part of our remit to check out the viability of a purchaser on behalf of the vendor. You will be asked to provide a copy of a written mortgage offer when you receive it.

The name and address of the Solicitor you intend to use for conveyance services. If you do not have one, we can recommend excellent solicitors to you who we know will carry out the purchase of your new home in a professional manner with the minimum of fuss.
