Mortgage Advice
If you do not have a mortgage advisor or you just want to get a second opinion, we can introduce you to our independent mortgage advisor. They understand that this is one of the biggest decisions of your life and you need the right financial advice. They will give you impartial advice and try to find the best deal out there for you.
Conveyancy
We have our own recommended solicitors. Edward Hands & Lewis combine a personal service together with state of the art technology to ensure you are kept informed as your move goes smoothly. We work regularly with Edward Hands & Lewis as we know and trust their work.
Energy Performance Certificates, (EPC’s)
Energy Performance Certificates are now a legal requirement for letting and sales. The EPC gives prospective tenants/buyers information about the property’s energy efficiency. It must therefore, by law, be produced prior to advertising a property for rent or sale. We can arrange for an EPC inspection to be carried out on your property.
Gas Safety Inspections
Gas Safety Certificates are a requirement by law for any rental property that has any gas appliance. We have our own Gas Safe Registered Engineer to provide certificates and carry out any necessary repairs.
Structural Engineers
