Mortgage Advice

If you do not have a mortgage advisor or you just want to get a second opinion, we can introduce you to one of our independent mortgage advisors. They understand that this is one of the biggest decisions of your life and you need the right financial advice. They will give you impartial advice and try to find the best deal out there for you.

Conveyancy

We have our own recommended solicitors. JS Law combine a personal service together with state of the art technology to ensure you are kept informed as your move goes smoothly. We work regularly with JS Law as we know and trust their work.

Home Information Packs. (HIPS)

It is now a legal requirement to have a HIPS report produced prior to advertising a property for sale. We can arrange for a HIPS report to be carried out on your property by JS Law on your behalf.

Energy Performance Certificates, (EPC’s)

Energy Performance Certificates are now a legal requirement for letting. The EPC gives prospective tenants information about the property’s energy efficiency. It must therefore, by law, be produced prior to advertising a property for rent. We can arrange for an EPC inspection to be carried out on your property.

Gas Safety Inspections

Gas Safety Certificates are a requirement by law for any rental property that has any gas appliance. We have our own Corgi Registered Engineer to provide certificates and carry out any necessary repairs.

Structural Engineers

Highly experienced professionals are on hand to assess and produce reports on any serious potential problems with your home.
