LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our progressive Lettings Team. We currently manage a large portfolio of tenancies for both professionals, families and students and require someone to join us to take up the role of Lettings Administrator.
As a self-motivated, driven and excellent communicator who thrives in a target driven environment you will have the opportunity to reach your potential with a fast growing and dynamic independent firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills as you will be required to liaise with Landlords and Tenants on a daily basis. A positive outlook and the ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients is a must.
Key responsibilities Creating tenancy files and referencing potential tenants.
Preparing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork Actioning and negotiating tenancy renewal procedures and the appropriate documents Dealing with tenants and landlords enquiries Supporting the Property Manager in arranging appointments and preparing repair work orders where necessary.
Supporting the Lettings Team in diary management and appointment bookings Applications are welcome from those with property experience and those who are new to property but have strong administrative skills gained from another background as we can provide the relevant industry training but do require a well organised individual who can manage their workload in a time sensitive customer facing office.

- A proven track record in customer service
- Strong administrative background and organisational skills
- Able to take instructions and learn from colleagues
- Honesty & integrity with clients and tenants
- Lettings experience preferable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft software
