We can do all the tenant viewings, giving you our feedback afterwards. Or you can do it yourself if you prefer, and we’ll come along too for some extra security.

The Small Print

We’ll put together your tenancy agreement. This is to protect you against late payments or abuse of your property and to make sure your tenant is being treated fairly.

New Details

When your tenants move out and new ones move in, we’ll let all the utilities companies and the city council know, so they don’t start chasing you for payments.
